Module 1 ControlLogix Motion

Description :
This is the first module in the series covering ControlLogix Motion. This module introduces students to standard motion hardware including both the traditional analog style and the new Sercos style. Students will learn how to setup and configure both analog and Sercos axis', which includes a full understanding of all setup parameters. Students will learn how to utilize the various Auto Tuning features, to obtain peak performance out of their systems. Students will understand the various timing modes for motion instructions, which will then be used in the companion module 2. Students will learn how to harness the power of User Defined Tags to assist in organizing a ControlLogix project.

Module 2 ControlLogix Motion

Description :
As the second module in the series of ControlLogix Motion this module covers the instruction set used for Motion Control. Students will learn how to configure these instructions. Various application examples included in this module will show students many ways to utilize this motion instruction set.

Module 3 ControlLogix Motion

Description :
The third module continues coverage of the motion instructions. The camming instructions take a major portion of the day, as well as reviews of particpants real applications, if available. Fault detection and recovery specific to motion control are also covered.
